Delivery & Returns

All items excluding mattresses:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is required and approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.  Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back

We pride ourselves in supplying amazing quality products at fantastic prices. However, very occasionally customers may order an incorrect size or just wish to return a product for a refund. All you need to do is ensure the goods are returned to Downland Bedding in their new condition and original packaging within 30 days and we will arrange for a full refund. Please email us at orders@downlandbedding.co.uk detailing your order number for full details of our returns process.

Please note that mattresses are made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
