We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase and we are pleased to offer a 2 year guarantee on our extensive pillow range and a 5 year guarantee on our duvet collections.

The guarantee covers domestic use in accordance with the care label instructions.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the first 28 days please return the item to the place of purchase with proof of purchase for a replacement.

Within the guarantee period if a product is found to be faulty we will be pleased to replace it. Should the product no longer be available we will replace it with the nearest available product.

No refunds will be offered. Please retain the item until the claim is settled as we may ask for the item to be returned for further examination.

All claims are restricted to the United Kingdom.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
